Brilliant Dog Collar Dec 14, 2008 This dog collar is so useful, gives you the option of quick and easy doggy control without having to fumble getting the lead back on. You just need to grab the elasticated bit at the back of the collar and you have immediate control. Our dog loves it, as he enjoys more freedom off his lead. The only minus points are the elastic would not be long enough for a small dog, as you would have to stoop but a medium size upwards would be fine. Watch out for letting the elastic slap back on the dogs neck on releasing.
