Biscuit cutter Dec 25, 2007 Communication with customer service [in the beginning] was great, but I was disappointed with the actual product. The picture is very deceiving and it appears the cutter will make the biscuits 2 inches wide by 1 inch deep - or at least rectangular shaped. The actual cutter received makes them 5/8ths square. Since I thought that I purchased the wrong one from the company, I purchased the other one they had listed with Amazon (one was priced at $6 and one was priced at $6.88 and had different "item" numbers listed in the description area). The second one received was the exact same product. When customer service was contacted, they had no excuse and really didn't care to resolve my problem. If purchasing a product from them, make sure you research it thoroughly. Otherwise you will end up being disappointed like I was.
