Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION


On all orders with Expedited shipping, 2nd day air, next day air, etc..., We will make every attemt to process, pull, pack, and ship your order as soon as possible but, orders are still processed in the order they arrive. Your shipping choice is for the actual shipping method used. Items ordered with "2nd day air" delivery will not neccesarily be delivered in 2 days from the time the order was placed but should arrive within 2 day's of when the order was SHIPPED.

BACK ORDERS AND DISCONTINUED

From time to time (and much to our dismay), shortages and out of stocks will occur. Items may be back ordered for three reasons:

There is more demand for the item than we originally anticipated, and our suppliers have to re-supply us with the additional inventory.

The manufacturer has failed to ship to us in a timely manner due to a shortage of parts, materials, etc.

Transportation strikes, natural disasters, etc. When we experience an out of stock situation, your entire order will be shipped at one time if the out of stock item arrives within 5 working days of the date of your order.

If we don't anticipate being able to restock quickly enough to meet the 5-working day limit, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item. At that time, out-of-stock items priced over $15.00 will be treated as a backorder unless the customer requests that we not ship back orders. Out-of-stock items priced under $15.00 will be deleted from the order, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.

If we don't anticipate re-stock of an item in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be shipped minus the out of stock item, and you will be asked to re-order at another time.

Discontinued items will, of course, not be shipped.

You will receive a notice in the first package indicating the dispensation of any items not shipped.

We want you to try anything on our web-site risk-free. You'll usually find our product descriptions more complete than other pet supply catalogues. We feel that the more you know about a product, the more likely you are to like it when it arrives.

That's important to us because when you do receive a product from us, you have 10 days from the date you receive teh item to decide if

  • it is what you expected
  • it fits your needs
  • it is what you want

    If, upon viewing an item, you're not delighted with any merchandise you buy from us, let us know via e-mail at info@ppewholesale.com. We will reply to your e-mail with return instructions and an return authorization number. PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise must be in new, resellable condition for a refund.

    We are happy to exchange wrong size items for you providing the following criteria are met:
    • The Item is still in new, “in the box” condition and re-sellable
    • The item is returned with a copy of the original invoice with a note to let us know what size you need.
    • Return postage (or a stamped, self-addressed envelope/box to send the replacement items back to you in.
    • Include a copy of your e-mail from us with the return authorization number.
    • write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package near our address.

      When we receive your return, we'll exchange it or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling), whichever you prefer. (Please allow 10-21 days for credit issue)

      NOTE ON RETURNS: If an item is returned and was included on an order that qualified for free shipping originally, The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item LESS the appropriate shipping charge for the item by itself.

      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Parti Poodle Express is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, we regret that dog apparel, personalized items, books and videos, and special order items such as Edemco Grooming tables cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.

      DOG APPAREL IS NOT RETURNABLE. We had to institute this policy some time ago to protect the health of our customers dogs. Fleas and mange are just 2 of the problems that can be transferred from one dog to another through used clothing, and there are many others.

      We do make exceptions for exchanges of like items in a different size so long as we are notified of the exchange request within the 10 day window we have for returns. (when an exchange is made we launder the returned item and donate it to any one of a variety of local shelters)



      SHOULD A MISTAKE OCCUR

      We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes mistakes happen. When one does occur, please allow us to correct it.
